Its one week before the party so lets start with some news updates.
Entrance Fee :
After going thru the financials we decided to keep the entrance fee at 20 euros, same as last year. No day tickets, no compo lurker tickets, no pre-ordering. Just walk to the foodsupport -slash- infodesk upon arrival to receive your wristband.
Camping :
Multiple people have requested if its OK to bring a tent for sleeping. We have no specific agreement with the partyplace and the city, who owns the building, about this but as it does not seem to be not allowed we are declaring the grass field outside the party place as a mistery camping zone, you work it out.
Shuttle :
Remember that if you would like to use our shuttle to/from the dutch/belgian train stations you have to REGISTER for it. You can do this by sending a message to the organizers from the contact page. The shuttle drives to the trainstations of Genk (Belgium) and Susteren (Holland).
Remote Entries :
Why yes, we accept them this year for all competitions. There even is a fancy remote entry uploading form, just enter the details and you are all set. The usual notes apply but these are mentioned on the remote entry upload page.
Party Registrations :
Finally, we are putting in our 'order' of tables, chairs and drinks (that is, tasty belgian beer) on wednesday. So please register on the registration page if you are attending. It allows us to finetune the order and prevent excess stock.
